First of all, you are fully tutored in high-class entertainment, given the secrets of keeping a
mesmerized and extending! You are provided with a continuous flow of clients with substance and
you are given the opportunities to become rich at a young age. We teach you ways to know best to
entertain your clients, then go ahead to do it. We teach you to be the best you can be, groomed
at all times, how to be charming and seductive, assertive and confident.
We need ladies that are fit and toned who looks after themselves and spend a lot
of effort on their appearance and health. You should at least be pretty or attractive, model
looks are not necessary every time! You should have healthy hair and nails, good hygiene habits,
good education, enough to be well spoken and logical. Our clientele do not want an update on your
latest shopping spree; they need intelligence and the ability to have fun, witty conversation with
someone who will 'get' their comments and dialogue. You need not have a PhD, just natural intelligence.
Of course, university and other qualifications are always an added advantage. Life experience goes a
long way in a conversation with a gentleman who has travelled worldwide. You need interesting things
to talk about. If you can't converse comfortably with us, you wouldn't be suitable for our clientele.
On the other hand, 'Stuck Up' types are not popular either. When you believe you are 'above' your client,
you cease to be successful. You need to keep your feet on the ground, as there is no room for prima
donnas. Men are often intimidated by a too-intellectual lady. We will teach you how to find a balance
intelligence and cute flirtation, making you the perfect charmer!
Our receptionist and representatives fully understand your position, we do not hire
receptionist who has no compassion for you. All staffs are trained in much the same way - we work
as a team, and if one part of the team is not functioning properly we all suffer, therefore everyone
is expected to maintain a friendly, efficient and honest nature. We do not encourage gossips and
loud mouths in our agency. This tend to limit the amount of 'bitchiness' and swapped stories that
sometimes can break up agencies and create social problems. We cannot work with this, therefore all
problems and queries should be put to the management immediately one arise.
We look after our ladies as well as our clients; our ethics are second to none when
it comes to fairness and empathy. We still have strict rules that must be adhered to, but the respect
is given and expected in return. Guidelines and rules are set through during your initial interview.
Once you have been accepted as a potential entertainer, we will arrange your shifts and tutoring,
where your standards will be assessed and your final admission in our agency will be completed.
Ladies who are deemed unsuitable will be informed why, and may be accepted later after improvements
have been made, such as hairstyle, weight loss or gain, attitude, etc..
